Was Lindsay Drunk When She Crashed?

The owner of the van she hit in later 2005 certainly believes so, because he’s now not only suing LaLohan for hitting it and refusing to fork out three grand for repairs, but he’s also out to get the Ivy restaurant… for serving the ditzy girl the alcohol!
“The Ivy’s conduct of serving alcoholic beverages to Lohan was a factor in causing the injuries to Ortega,” the suit claims.
The plaintiff, Raymundo Ortega, says that on the day in question, Lohan was seen consuming copious amounts of alcohol, and “became intoxicated.”
Ortega then explains that he saw the starlet “driving recklessly at 60 MPH to avoid having her picture taken by paparazzi and “looking over her shoulder instead of watching the road.” Because of this, he’s suing both LaLohan and The Ivy for damages in the approximate amount of US$200,000.
To conclude his accusations, Ortega brings up Lindsay’s past poor driving history, stating that the star is regularly seen “racing and speeding with her Mercedes Benz high performance car and as a result has received several speeding tickets and has been in several accidents.”
Of course, Lindsay’s reps weren’t available for comment on the lawsuit.
