Tyra’s ‘Top Model’ Feud

Rumour has it that Tyra Banks wants out from her reality show, America’s Next Top Model.
The catwalk queen is reportedly searching for a supermodel replacement to host the hit show, after her long-running feud with creative director and co-judge Jay Manuel has reached an all-time high.ÂÂ
“It’s gotten so bad that Tyra and Jay aren’t speaking,” an insider revealed.
However, bad blood between the two judges isn’t the only thing holding Tyra back from the show. The source added that the model is so engrossed in her self-titled talk show that she barely has any time for the contestants on Top Model, and only performs the “minimum duties” required of her.
“She’s really throwing all her weight behind [The Tyra Banks Show],” the insider explained. “She’s putting lots of pressure on her staff to keep her show on the map. She had Barack Obama on, she had Hilary Clinton on - she got a taste of playing with the big boys and now Top Model seems to detract from her big plans.”
At this point, Tyra has refused to comment on any of the rumours regarding the reality show.
