The Post Chronicle reports that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes wish to copy Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, by starring in a movie together.
Since giving birth in April, Katie has been looking for the right role to re-launch her career. A source said: “Tom is looking for a movie that will make the most of their chemistry.”
“He’s devoting himself to putting together a project that will not only make Katie a bona fide star, but will put him back in the good graces of the movie-going public.”
It seems Tom is even willing to drop his tough-guy on-screen image for Katie.
“This time, he’s looking beyond the typical action roles. Katie is open to any project her fiancé puts forward but is desperate to lose the ‘girl next door’ image she gained from years starring as Joey in hit tv show Dawson’s Creek,” added the source.
Didn’t the break-up of his marriage to Nicole Kidman come after they starred in a movie together?? Eyes Wide Shut was such a flop, and it was then that all the cracks started to show in their marriage. Maybe Tom is already giving his relationship to Katie the ‘kiss of death’ by starring in a movie with her, before they even make it to the alter!?!
