Jackson Made Himself Sick, Says Nurse

The speculation surrounding Michael Jackson’s death is rife, but the most shocking report so far has come from a former nurse who cared for the ailing singer in his last months, who claims that the King of Pop was forcing illness upon himself to avoid tour commitments.

Cherilyn Lee, a nurse for over 20 years, has told CNN how the Thriller singer demanded she give him the powerful sedative Diprivan. Lee refused, but not before both Jackson and his entourage had hounded her about obtaining the drug so the 50-year-old could “get some sleep.”

“I told him this medication is not safe,” Lee said.

“He said, ‘I just want to get some sleep. You don’t understand. I just want to be able to be knocked out and go to sleep.’

“I told him – and it is so painful that I actually felt it in my whole spirit – ‘if you take that you might not wake up.’”

According to Lee, Jackson’s staff contacted her just four days before the singer’s tragic death, requesting the drug again. It had been more than three months since she’d ceased employment with the popstar.

While Lee couldn’t account for why any of Jackson’s entourage would contact her after so long to make such a request, a source from inside the singer’s camp has revealed that Jackson was “trying to make himself sick” in order to avoid playing the complete set of 50 shows his people had signed him up for.

“Like a child who doesn’t want to go to school, Michael thought he could get away from his obligations if he had a ‘note from the doctor,’” entertainment reporter Gerald Posner explained.

Jackson knew, according to Posner, that he would not be “financially penalised” for missing performances if he was medically unfit to go on stage.

Bids for taking the virginity from 22 year old Natalie Dylan have now reached $5.6 million, with a 39 year old unmarried Australian businessman currently leading the bidding.

He is one of over 10,000 eager males to bid for the right to pop her cherry.

Miss Dylan’s price has come a long way from the $350,000 bid in September.

Natalie’s MySpace page has become very popular since featuring on Howard Stern’s show in September.

Speaking with the UK’s Daily Mail, she says:

”I am shocked by how far this has gone,” the 22-year-old told The Daily Mail.

”It’s shocking that men will pay so much for someone’s virginity, which isn’t even prized so highly anymore.”

“People might think it’s strange for a 22-year-old to be a virgin, but I’ve always been careful about what I do.”

“I’ve had two serious boyfriends, and of course we were intimate in some ways, but they were nice guys and were patient with me.”

“Back then I just wanted to wait until I was sure about someone before going all the way with them.”

“Things didn’t work out with either of my boyfriends and so the losing my virginity just never happened.”

Sleeping with strange men for money is nothing new for the family though, as Natalie’s sister, Avia, 23, plied her trade as a prostitute while studying at University.

Britney Spears Is Still Very Messed Up

Britney Spears recovery from her problems is not the done deal that it is portrayed, with her bodyguard telling the upcoming issue of Star magazine that the singer is still in a very disturbed and troubled place.

The bodyguard says that Britney, far from being cured is actually still very bulimic, abusing laxatives and forcing herself to vomit after meals.

Despite the image makeover she has undertaken, making it seem she is well on the road to recovery, the reason her father, Jamie, is still her court appointed conservator is because she is still having major mental problems, living fear-filled days and struggling with her eating disorder.

Add to this the fact that she wants to get back with Adnan and you can tell all is not right with her.

Jen Doesn’t Need Your Pity

Jennifer Aniston is sick and tired of being pitied for her constant “victim” status in the press, and is furious that her latest breakup with singer John Mayer has fueled yet another “Poor Jen” headline.

“It seems the slightest thing prompts yet another ‘Jen is so tragic’ article – and she’s soooo over this whole portrayal of her as being some kind of victim,” a close friend said. “She’s strong and smart and every day she is grateful for the life she’s been blessed with. Compared with the real human suffering in the world, Jen doesn’t see why anyone should feel remotely sorry for her.”

But her former boyfriend feels a little differently about the situation. Just yesterday, Mayer – who admitted to dumping Aniston because it “just didn’t feel right” – said that he believes someone should stand up for the poor girl.

I bet that comment is enough to make Jen ecstatic that he broke it off with her in the first place!

Steve-O Back In Mental Hospital

Despite being clean for 115 days ow, Steve-O has checked himself back into a mental institution to try and get on top of his problems.

He says this on his blog:

“I’ve now been clean for 115 days, and I’m, again, in a mental institution,” the Jackass star, 33, writes. “I did so much cocaine, ketamine, pcp, nitrous oxide, and all sorts of other drugs, that, quite simply, my brain is f—-d up.”

“I frequently suffer from horrible mood swings and severe depression.”

“The bottom line is that doing drugs f—-d my a– up, and I’m going to be paying for it for a long time, probably for the rest of my life,” he says. “Everyone’s going to make their own decisions in life, but nobody needs to make the same mistakes I made.”

“The medication that is prescribed to me doesn’t do the trick every day. I’m back in the looney bin trying to get that s—t right.

You have to give him credit for effort and recognizing the damage his lifestyle did. He has a long hard road in front of him, but hopefully he will get there.

Paul Newman Has Lung Cancer

Us Magazine reports that Hollywood film legend Paul Newman has lung cancer.

Friends of the actor say that he was diagnosed with lung cancer at the New York’s Sloan-Kettering Cancer Centre and that they have known he was seriously ill for several weeks.

Newman denied cancer reports in March, when he was hospitalized for what he claimed was athlete’s foot and hair loss.

Very serious and sad.

R Kelly’s Duffel Bag Of Sex

The details coming out of the R. Kelly case just keep getting sicker by the day.

The prosecutions start witness Lisa Van Allen testified that Kelly carried around a duffel bag filled with his homemade sex tapes. He did this, she said, not for safety purposes, but more because he liked to keep them close by.

Van Allen is the other woman in the tapes and the one of legal age. She had a relationship with Kelly, from early 1998 to 2001, visiting him in Chicago, staying in hotels and at his studio, touring with him, as well as appearing in two of his videos.

The first threesome with the underage girl happened in 1998 in Kelly’s house in the 1000 block of West George, according to Van Allen — in the same “log cabin room” where prosecutors allege the videotape at issue in the case was filmed.

Van Allen said Kelly told her the girl was 16, though prosecutors contend she was as young as 13. Van Allen testified that Kelly videotaped the threesome — a tape separate from the one at the heart of the current case.

A year later, the trio had sex again — this time on Kelly’s indoor basketball court, she testified.

Van Allen wept as she described how Kelly put a futon mattress on the court. It was during that three-way encounter that she cried, Van Allen said, prompting Kelly to stop the videotaping.

The three had sex again in 2000 inside Kelly’s trailer at a video shoot in Chicago, Van Allen said.

The defense is trying to paint Van Allen as a liar and a thief, as well as claim that the man in the video is not R. Kelly, but someone else who has been digitally edited to that looks like him.

The guy sounds as guilty as sin, but probably has a good chance of getting off if his defense team is up to the task. Celebrities often get a lot of leniency with juries. [Source]
