Daniel Radcliffe Responds to Gay Rumours

He might have a “gay face” and a penchant for wearing pink and paisley print together, but Daniel Radcliffe insists he isn’t gay… kind of.

The Harry Potter actor responded to his own gay rumours when answering a question regarding series author J.K. Rowling’s outing of her beloved character Albus Dumbledore last year.

“I think it’s wonderful that Dumbledore was outed as gay… Half of me thinks Jo Rowling just did that to see if she could p**s off the right wing, but I’m not sure how true that is. I think she had it planned, I think she always knew he was gay,” he said.

He then turned his response towards his own sexual orientation, alluding that he’s straight despite how gay his appearance may be, without actually saying the word “straight”.

“I grew up around gay people my entire life, basically, that’s possibly why I’m quite camp, and some people think I’m gay when I meet them, which I think is awesome,” Radcliffe explained. “It’s always good to keep them guessing [laughs].”

The actor continued: “I don’t go on any blogs or chats or anything, but my friends are demons for them, and apparently someone said ‘Daniel Radcliffe is gay. He’s got a gay face!’ [laughs] I really don’t know what a gay face is.”

Hmm. Well, if girls everywhere were waiting for a Radcliffe admission on which way his door swings before they made their move… I guess they’ll have to keep waiting, because that wasn’t it. Not even close.

Although, he did admit to having a crush on Potter co-star Emma Watson in recent times. Perhaps that is proof enough.

Rodriguez on Madonna: “We’re Just Friends”

Yankees star baller Alex Rodriguez has spoken out for the first time on the nature of his relationship with the newly divorced Madonna.

“We’re friends,” Rodriguez told People.

When asked if there was any romantic interest at all between the pair, A-Rod repeated that age-old excuse: “We’re friends – that’s it.”

Rumours of a romance have been plaguing the Music singer and the 33-year-old Yankees star ever since it was publicly announced that Rodriguez and his wife were having “issues” with their marriage. Not long after he and Madonna were seen out together, Madonna and ex-husband Guy Ritchie’s divorce was officially announced to the press, prompting many tabloids to speculate on the nature of Madge’s and A-Rod’s relationship.

Just to reiterate his “just friends” stance, Rodriguez added: “[The rumours are] absolutely ridiculous and not true.”

Lohan Wedding Rumours “A Lie,” Says Rep

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson aren’t getting married, according to Lohan’s rep.

Wedding rumours have surrounded the couple for some time now, though Lohan herself has been quick to deny them. However, DJ Samantha Ronson came clean earlier in the week, announcing during one of her gigs that, “By the end of this year [Lindsay] will be Mrs. Ronson.”

Lindsay’s rep says this is simply not true.

“They lie,” the Mean Girls rep said to Access Hollywood of the Daily Mail’s latest marriage article.

If it’s all a lie, then that would mean Lindsay’s father, Michael, was right all along: Samantha Ronson is a parasite who’s just using Lohan for her publicity. Huh, who’da thunk it??

I don’t know about you guys, but I’m having a hard time buying the denials made by Britney’s rep on the “pregnancy” issue…

As these latest pictures show, Britters has certainly packed on the kilos since settling down on the drug binges and suicide attempts. I mean, it doesn’t look like comfort-food-weight to me… her legs seem nicely toned, it’s just the mid-section that’s gotten larger.

A baby belly, perhaps?

Britney Spears is NOT Pregnant, Says Rep

A spokesperson for pop star Britney Spears has slammed rumours of a secret pregnancy, stating that the Gimme More singer is not carrying a third child.

“I want to make completely clear that Britney is not pregnant,” Spears’ rep said. “There’s not going to be a statement – she’s just not.”

A friend of Spears’ has also come forward denying the claims made by the press, explaining that the apparent appearance of a baby bump is nothing more than excess “water” and “unflattering clothes.”

“It’s a mix of water retention, unflattering clothes and people liking to analyse everything she does,” the friend said. “Britney’s getting herself together slowly but surely and isn’t going to mess that up.”

Added the friend: “She’s far too busy to even be thinking about a baby right now.”

Rumours of a secret pregnancy began circling the web after the 26-year-old was snapped by the paparazzi with what looked like a swollen stomach. Later that same week, the singer spent two hours in a health clinic, which only managed to further fuel the pregnancy rumours.

Hayden Panettiere a Lesbian?

According to The Sun UK, little Heroes star Hayden Panettiere is a closet lesbian, who’s just been outed!

The newspaper stated that the former child star had been constantly “dogged by rumours she [is a] lesbian,” and that Panettiere proved, for once, that the gossip was true when she hinted at the possibility of having an affair with some on Hollywood’s hottest leading ladies.

Pantyhair was quoted as saying: “[The lesbian rumours are] fine with me. If I’m going to be linked with someone, I could do an affair with Angelina Jolie, Jessica Alba or Charlize Theron.

“And Kate Beckinsale is gorgeous. There are so many beautiful girls.”

Perhaps the Heroes execs could write something in the script for the next season, so Hayden can be really sure…
