Pattinson is a Better Sex Symbol, Says Radcliffe

Daniel Radcliffe isn’t quite sure why girls find him attractive, especially not when they could turn their attentions to a more worthy candidate, in the Harry Potter actor’s view – his onetime co-star and Twilight hunk, Robert Pattinson.

At Thursday’s NYC premiere of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Radcliffe told Usmagazine.com: “Rob Pattinson is a sex symbol. Rob Pattinson is a genuine sexy guy. He’s got the height.

“If girls like short and nerdy, then I’m a sex symbol!”

While Radcliffe is keen to sing Pattinson’s praises on the attractiveness front, the 19-year-old admitted that he hadn’t spoken to his former Potter co-star in years, but had high hopes for a reconciliation at a premiere or two somewhere down the track.

“I’ve said probably three words to him in the last three years and that was before Twilight all kicked off,” Radcliffe said. “But I wish him well. Hopefully, I’ll see him at some point. He’s bound to turn up at one of these [premieres] at some point.”

Sounds to me like Radcliffe has got himself a bit of a man-crush! If he’s lucky, maybe Pattinson will stop by for coffee when he moves back to the U.K. (which, given his dislike for all things screaming-fangirl, could be pretty soon).

Robert Pattinson Wants Out

Robert Pattinson is apparently so homesick and so over the hype that has surrounded him since starring in last year’s blockbuster smash, Twilight, that he is seriously considering moving back to London to escape it all.

The hunky Brit, who has just been in the U.K. filming Remember Me, is so depressed with his life back in New York City that he’s even got his co-stars worried about his mental state.

“He’s so skinny and stressed,” says a source on the set of Remember Me. “Everyone on set is worried about him.”

What has the young actor so moody? The screaming Twilight fan girls – dubbed ‘The Twihards’ – the follow him everywhere and don’t give him a moment of peace.

“Robert is dying to get back home,” an inside revealed. “He’s so over everything. He’s overwhelmed by all the girls – they terrify him! He says girls grab his neck and clothing all of the time, and he’s not used to that. Fans don’t do that to him in London. Everyone there is a little cooler about the fame thing, which is what he’s used to.”

While Pattinson hasn’t said outright that he regrets taking the iconic role of teenage vampire heartthrob Edward Cullen in the Twilight franchise, he has admitted that the constant female attention and screaming young girls bring him to tears – and not in a good way.

The insider continued: “Robert doesn’t understand why everyone is going so crazy over him.

“He’s embarrassed by the way girls throw themselves at him. The girls [in NYC] are stalking him. He stayed in two different hotels over the course of four days just to try to escape the fans who were following him. He’s afraid that if he gives a hand, they’ll take the whole arm. He’s being advised by security not to encourage the crowd, so he doesn’t even look up anymore.”

The next Twilight film, New Moon – the second in a series of four – will be released later this year.

Robert Pattinson Stinks

Here’s something that might put all you Edward Cullen droolers off… actor Robert Pattinson, who plays the hunky vampire in the Twilight films, stinks – and not just a little bit, either.

A number of crew members who worked with the star on the Twilight set have revealed that Pattinson absolutely REEKS of body odour because he doesn’t like to shower, making him a not-so-popular member of the cast.

“He stinks,” one insider said from the set of New Moon, the Twilight sequel. “I mean, it’s awful. He never showers, and it drives people on the set crazy.”

Another crew member confirmed Pattinson’s foul stench: “He completely reeks!”

For the first time ever (and I can’t believe I’m about to say this), I feel sorry for Kristen Stewart having to kiss and get close to that. Eww…

There’s Nothing Glamorous About R-Pattz…

I don’t understand the hype about Robert “R-Pattz” Pattinson.

I mean, sure, I unashamedly admit that when Breaking Dawn (the last book in the Twilight series) was released, I was part of the fangirl entourage screaming, “Oh My Edward!”

But that’s Edward Cullen.

R-Pattz, on the other hand… well… I think that hair says it all, don’t you?
