No, this is over a previous defamation lawsuit Ronson filed against Perez 6 months ago.

Ronson claims that her former lawyer was crap and stuffed up the original July 2007 case (she is suing the lawyer as well).

The lawsuit claims that she was defamed by a story Perez posted claiming that the cocaine found in Lohan’s car in a May 207 crash actually belonged to Ronson.

Ronson will make her claim on Wednesday to the same judge that threw out the case in November 2007.

My advice, spend the bucks and get a better lawyer. The case won’t go to court and you can then get nice things written about you by Perez.

Add another one to the list of celebrities who want Perez HIlton dead.

Sure, you won’t hear many of them actually say it in public, that is way too dangerous. Some of the dangers include:

• If you say it enough, some crazed fan may make your wish come true
• The police seem to take a dim view if you continually wish someone dead
• Perez may write nasty things about you

Seems Jesse Metcalfe is pissed with Perez always joking about him being a gay ass fudgeriga.

PR inside reports that Hilton was unnerved that Metcalfe became upset about him joking about his sexual preference and wishing him dead.

“That was quite negative energy,” the article quotes Hilton as stating. “He was drunk and said he wanted me dead. I was quite shocked. I’d only joked that he might be gay, what’s the big deal?”

Uhm, I’d say that if Perez looked out his gay ass window he may realise that not everyone on the planet is trying to roger someone of the same gender. The mud may stick, which kind of ruins your chances with the opposite sex.

And Perez doesn’t think the stuff he writes is negative energy; I read his sister writes most of it now anyway.

Perez Hilton continues to move further away from his blogging roots and following in the well worn footsteps of such ’stars’ as Heidi Montag and Lauren Conrad, by flogging a line Perez rags and other crap.

His line will be available from June 6, with prices ranging from $1.75 to $46, and will include products like Gossip Gangster Flip Flops, Perezcious Pink and Purple Lip Gloss and P-Nasty Shades.

Hilton, who dubiously claims his site is more popular than MySpace among women aged 18-25, says the success has encouraged him to look beyond the boundaries of cyberspace.

“I talk about clothes all the time on my website. I have a good eye for what’s hot and what’s not.”

Obviously except for anything he wears.

The self claimed ‘Queen of all Media’ Perez HIlton, A.K.A Mario Lavandeira is suing fellow celebrity gossip bloggers.

Perez, who has made a name for himself drawing sperm and cocaine coming out of celebrities’ mouths and nostrils, has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court against failed blogger Jonathan Jaxson (real name: Jonathan Lewandowski) and 25 other unnamed bloggers for defaming him.

The lawsuit is based on claims Jaxson made in February that Hilton asked him to send a video of Jaxson masturbating in exchange for celebrity tips and rumors that Jaxson could publish on his blog. Jaxson alleged back then that he sent in the masturbation video, but Perez never kept his end of the bargain. Lewandowski also claimed the pair had dated and had sex. Perez says no way to all that. He complains that he’s “suffered loss of his reputation, shame, and mortification” and “mental anguish.” No money is mentioned but Lavandeira is seeking punitive, general, and special damages, plus the reimbursement of his legal fees.

In his complaint Perez asserts that Jaxson’s claims “expose [him] to hatred, contempt, ridicule, and obloquy. Yeah I know, I had to look it up too. It basically means a state of disgrace caused by abuse.

Another thing Jaxson did which pissed Perez off was publish his phone number on his Website, asking readers to wish Perez “a belated Happy Birthday”. The complaint alleges that 25 other sites and blogs also published Perez’s number, resulting in Perez receiving “over one thousand calls on his private cell phone (which he also uses for business), causing Lavandeira to sustain extreme interference with his business, including the Website, and suffer a loss of productivity by virtue of having his cell phone ringing non-stop since the publication was made.

Jaxson says his version of events is true and that his computer still contains the original chat transcripts between him and Perez.

“Instead of Perez spending time taking lie detector tests for Us Weekly to prove he kissed John Mayer … he should take a lie detector test proving he never asked for jack-off videos from myself in exchange for some sort of celebrity bit to benefit my website or for counseling me on how to become the next porn star and make me famous.”

My take on the entire story is that this is just another grab for more publicity from Perez. I rarely check his blog out, but I have done lately, when stories of his broadening media interest arise. Something I have noticed, is that his posts have got a lot weaker and his site and style has become far more commercial. If anything, he has lost his edge, if he ever really had one.

So I’d say this has very little basis in fact and is all nothing more then to get blogs and others to report, especially considering the irony of the entire claims. Everyone knows Perez is a frustrated Celeb Wannabe.

John Mayer used to date buxom blonde Jessica Simpson, but don’t let that fool you…

When a celeb looks like they eat a little donut on the side, it’s usually because they do, and entertainment blogger Perez Hilton says he can “personally vouch” for John Mayer’s interest men.

“He is definitely bi,” Hilton said of Mayer on Ryan Seacrest’s KISS-FM radio show yesterday. The blogger added that the singer is “struggling with his sexuality,” which in other words means he’s more gay than straight.

But how does the faglicious Hilton know that Mayer likes it more masculine? The two shared a make-out session at NYC club Stereo last year… while Mayer was still dating actress-turned-country-singer, Jessica Simpson.

“He kissed me, and I kissed him back,” Hilton recalled. “It was on the mouth with tongue.”

The blogger added: “I thought he was messing with me… Then he kept going and going.”

Hilton claims that Simpson was there the whole time and didn’t mind her boyfriend’s little snog-fest with another guy in the slightest.

“While John Mayer and I are making out, she is rubbing his crotch,” Hilton said.

Mayer’s rep has, of course, denied the claims made by Hilton, calling his story “ridiculous.” Simpson’s rep has made no comment at this stage.

Despite the denial of his make-out buddy’s rep, Hilton is sticking to his story. “It’s 100% true,” he says.

This is the first picture of the man, pregnant with Perez Hilton’s love child.

The couple, who have been trying unsuccessfully for months to become pregnant have praised Paris Hilton for giving them the courage to go ahead with their plans.

Says Perez:

“A child is something Jeremy and I have wanted for a long time; every other bitch in Hollywood is having one, so why not us?

Initially we looked into adoption, but that is a very difficult path to go down for a gay couple, so I thought, why not just have our own the natural way.

At first we were kind of worried what people would say, but Paris was really great.

I asked her straight,” “Paris, what do you think about Jeremy having my love child?”

You know what she said?

“That’s cool!”

After that, we just had to give it our best shot and went at it like a couple of kids on prom night.

Of course, for two men, having a child naturally creates a few problems itself and after months of trying unsuccessfully, we were getting so down about it all.

To be honest the whole thing was becoming one big pain in the ass, but I kept telling Jeremy that we couldn’t stop.

After the initial difficulty of getting pregnant, Perez said the pregnancy itself has been relatively trouble free.

“We have been going to Lamaze classes together and I can tell you, we get some strange looks, but I am used to that. Generally everyone has been really good about it.

Jeremy looks great too; sure he has gained a few pounds, but I told him, he was always on the skinny side, so the extra weight looks good on him. He has even got that pregnant glow thing going.

Jeremy wants to have a natural birth, which I think is great but the doctors are trying to talk us into having a caesarian, as they’re not quite sure where it will come out if we opt for the natural method.

I just can’t wait for the baby to come; I think it will really bond our relationship and can only be a good thing”

All is not as rosy as it seems though, insiders are saying the doctors are unable to determine the sex of the child, with some privately fearing the child may be afflicted with what is commonly referred to as the Michael Jackson syndrome, (Indeterminate gender) let’s hope not, as that is something the World doesn’t need more of.

After the birth, Jeremy reportedly intends to breast feed the child and can’t wait to start lactating, which he is sure won’t be too far off. He has already gone up to an A-cup.

Perez is said to have several magazines bidding for the first pictures of the happy couple and child.
