Even though she admits it’s likely she’ll fight for custody of the Jackson children – Prince Michael I and Paris Katherine Michael – Debbie Rowe has revealed that she never wanted to be a mother.

“Parenting is an art: you earn the title,” Rowe said during an interview with Us Magazine’s Ian Drew in 2003. “Because you give birth and impregnate someone does not automatically give you the title of mother or father – you earn the title.”

Rowe said that she had no intention of being a mother to the children she carried (through artificial insemination), and admits that the only reason she had them at all was because she thought her patient – superstar Michael Jackson – would be a good father.

“My kids don’t call me mum because I don’t want them to,” Rowe explained. “They are Michael’s children. It’s not that they’re not my children, but I had them because I wanted him to be a father.”

The former nurse also hit back at claims that she abandoned her children to the King of Pop for monetary gain after she and Jackson divorced in 1999, insisting that their was no abandonment when the singer was such a good father.

“They say, ‘I can’t believe she left her children.’ Left them? I did not leave my children,” Rowe recalls. “My children are with their father where they are supposed to be.”

When she was asked why she’d never pushed for joint custody or regular visitation rights, Rowe added: “I didn’t do it to be a mother. Like I said, you earn the title. I didn’t change diapers. I didn’t get up in the middle of the night – even when I was there. Michael did it all. I am telling you that he is the most brilliant father. Almost before the baby needed something, he knew what it was. And that’s not for me.”

The custody hearing for the two eldest Jackson children is set to take place on July 13, and Rowe is expected to petition the courts for full guardianship. Until that hearing takes place, Katherine Jackson, Michael’s mother, will remain as temporary guardian of all three children.

Now that she’s left her sinful life amongst the sexpots at the Playboy mansion and made her relationship with football pro Hank Baskett official, Kendra Wilkinson is focusing all her attention on becoming a “good, Christian mother” for her unborn baby.

“Our child will definitely be Christian,” Wilkinson said last week, with hubby Baskett adding that the couple are going to be “very strict” with the little one, but will still “spoil” it on occasion.

Baskett continued: “They are going to have to earn it, we’re not just going to hand it to them. Most importantly, they have to keep good grades because school comes first and then everything else after that.

“Being a father is something I’ve always wanted and something Kendra and I have talked about from the time we met, we’re just truly excited and truly blessed to be becoming parents very soon. We pretty much fell in love right away and when you ask someone to marry you that means you really want them to be the woman in charge of your family, the person to be your teammate in raising the child.”

As well as deciding on their unborn child’s upbringing, Wilkinson and Baskett have already chosen the baby’s name, and have prepared a name for each sex, as they don’t yet know if the baby will be a boy or a girl.

“If it’s a boy [it will be] Hank the 4th,” Wilkinson explained, “and if it’s a girl Arianna, we love Arianna.”

Kendra and Hank were wed two weeks ago in the gardens of the Playboy mansion with Wilkinson’s former boyfriend and Playboy founder Hugh Hefner looking on in the audience.

The last will and testiment of the late Michael Jackson has been filed with the court, and the documents made available to the media through TMZ.com.

In the seven-year-old documents, Jackson has labeled his mother, Katherine, as the guardian of his three children. The will also states that if Katherine died before him or, for some reason, couldn’t care for the children, they would be put under the guardianship of fellow performer, Diana Ross.

The will’s co-Executors, John Branca (Jackson’s lawyer) and John McClain (a music exec), released a statement on behalf of their deceased client.

“The most important element of Michael’s will is his unwavering desire that his mother, Katherine, become the legal guardian for his three children,” the joint statement read.

Jackson has left the entirety of his estate to the Michael Jackson Family Trust, with property to be divided equally between his three children. His ex-wife and mother to the two eldest Jackson children, Debbie Rowe, was not named in the will.

Earlier in the week, Debbie Rowe broke the news that Michael Jackson wasn’t the biological father of his three children, Michael Jr., Paris, and Prince Michael II. While the Jackson clan have denied the claims, it appears they aren’t as false as first thought; however, Rowe – who says Jackson paid her to have his children – isn’t the biological mother of the two eldest Jacksons, either.

According to “multiple sources” connected to the births of the Jackson children, all three children were conceived in vitro – outside of the womb, courtesy of anonymous donors. The sources say that Michael did not donate his sperm for any of his children, and Rowe, who was until now believed to be the mother of Michael Jr. and Paris, was nothing more than a surrogate carrying another woman’s eggs.

As for the third Jackson child – Prince Michael II, aka ‘Blanket’ – it is not known who his real parents are. The surrogate, it is believed, was never told of the identity of the “receiving parent,” and so didn’t know she was carrying a baby for pop superstar Michael Jackson.

What this news will do for the coming custody battles, no one knows. We’re told this type of case has never been litigated in California courts before, so it’s anyone’s game, basically. Rowe has said that she has no intention of challenging the Jackson’s for the right to raise her children, but with the children’s inheritence on the tables – quite a significant amount of money – there’s no telling whether or not the onetime wife of the Thriller singer will change her mind before the matter has been settled.

Michael Jackson’s three children – Michael Joseph Jr. (12), Paris Michael Katherine (11) and Prince ‘Blanket’ Michael II (7) – say they want to stay with their grandparents, and most specifically their grandmother, according to sources close to the Jackson family.

The source added that the now fatherless children will continue to live with grandmother Katherine Jackson at her Encino home while the family grieves for the loss of 50-year-old Michael. The family – who are expected to fight for custody of the children, should a court battle ensue – are “100 per cent behind this,” and feel that they are the “only people” who can help the children understand the person their father was and teach them how to deal with the scrutiny of the press.

The children are “healthy,” the source said, but “miss their daddy.”

Debbie Rowe, the biological mother of the two eldest Jackson children, has never had a relationship with them, but is expected to serve the Jackson family with a custody suit all the same. Rowe gave up sole custody of the children to her ex-husband for an annual payment of $750,000, though she has given every indication that she will fight the Jacksons for custody of Michael Joseph Jr. and Paris Michael Katherine.

The source stated that the wish of the children to remain in the care of their grandparents will be “crucial” in any custody battle with their biological mother.

Isla Fisher’s star is certainly on the rise. She was recently voted Australia’s hottest woman, beating more notable names, including Miranda Kerr, Naomi Watts and Sophie Monk and with her new film, Confessions of a Shopaholic’, she has come a long way for the girl from ‘Home and Away’.

Not bad, considering she is a mother and shackeled with being married to Borat.

A lot of her popularity probably stems from her down-to-earth qualities. She still seems to not be buying into the entire ’star’ persona, being quite candid with her secrets of getting into shape for her role in the movie, even confessing to wearing spandex undergarments to smooth her stomach.

As to the spandex undergarments, while it seems to be effective in Isla’s case, most of the women I see wearing spandex seem to think that it should be worn on the outside and no matter the qualities of the material, there are jsut some things it can’t hold in.

Angelina Jolie had a weeping moment during a London press conference, as she spoke about her mother who passed away in January 2007.

Jolie was in London with Brad Pitt, to promote her new film, The Changeling.

During the interview, she paid tribute to her mother, telling the attending media:

“Her name was Marcheline, but we used to call her Marshmallow, as a joke, because she was just the softest, most gentle woman in the world.”

I am sure many can sympathise with her here, but you do have to remember that she is a talented actress and you would have to question the timing of the whole performance, coming so close to Jenn’s recent comments.

In between promoting his new Batman movie, The Dark Knight, Christian Bale is accused of taking time out to belt the crap out of his mother and sister.

Bale’s 61 year old mother, Jenny and 40 year old sister, Sharon claim that Bale lashed out at them at London’s Dorchester Hotel on Sunday night. The pair then filed a Police complaint on Monday.

Here comes the kicker though, the Police chose not to confront Bale with the allegations on Monday, as he was promoting the movie in London and it would have been wrong to have wrecked the premiere.

I can’t see how speaking with him over the allegations would have wrecked the premiere, it is not as if they would have locked him up on the spot. Just another example of how being a Hollywood movie star gives you rights that no one else in the community enjoys.

Maybe it’s the rubber suit.

Sienna Miller has admitted to being “too selfish” to have children.

The Alfie actress recently revealed that she wants to have more life experiences before settling down and becoming a mother, something that has come at an opportune time, as she’s currently without a boyfriend, having split with her Welsh beau, Rhys Ifans.

“I really thought I was very ready to settle down, but then I realised I wanted to be selfish for just a little bit longer,” Miller explained.

“When I have a child it will be probably become my whole life, so I don’t want to have any regrets that I should have done more.”

She added: “But I’m only 26, I have plenty of time.”
