Talking about keeping things in the family, the Enquirer reveals Britney Spears mother, Lynne’s tragic secret; she ran over and killed a 12 year old boy.

Lynne, who was 20 at the time was driving her brother to the hospital in Kentwood, LA, when she ran over the bike riding 12 year old.

She is reportedly still traumatized by his death and she doesn’t like to talk about it, preferring to forget it ever happened.

You think this would make her even more concerned about Britney’s numerous traffic infringements.

As if having Lynne Spears and her fame-hungry daughters roaming the planet wasn’t enough, the littlest Miss Spears, Jamie Lynn, will soon add yet another Spears female to the world at large.

Life & Style magazine reported the baby’s paternity earlier today, confirming that Jamie Lynn was having a girl, and that her due date is June 29.

Of course, mother hen Lynne Spears is over the moon that she’s finally having the granddaughter she’s wanted to exploit for so long; however, Casey Aldridge (the alleged father) is “a bit nervous about having a daughter.” And who could blame him, having a daughter into a money-grabbing family like the Spears’?

Mum-to-be Jamie Lynn is said to be “super excited,” and is busy preparing for the baby’s arrival. A source close to the Spears family revealed that Jamie Lynn has “been buying tons of clothes and is going to do the nursery in white, black and yellow.” Aww… like a bumble bee.

Shouldn’t she do the nursery in greenback green, though? After all, that’s the only colour her baby’s going to see growing up…
