Looks like Britney’s little sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, is ready to walk down the aisle!

OK! magazine is reporting that the former Zoey 101 star has already started planning her wedding with fiancé Casey Aldridge, and sources say the young mother will walk down the aisle before the end of the year.

However, don’t expect a huge, Hollywood-ized wedding for the teenager and her young beau. According to pals, the couple plan to wed beneath a white tent – ala Ashlee Simpson – on Jamie Lynn’s new three acre property in Libery, Miss.

“[Jamie Lynn] loves everything about the area where she lives,” a source told the magazine. “She’s not going to get married at some luxury resort in the Caribbean or a hotel in Beverly Hills… Her own backyard with just the people who matter most is more Jamie Lynn’s style.”

Another pal added that the new mother is already back in shape and ready for her big day.”She’s already down to her pre-pregnancy weight,” the friend said. “She has the cutest figure!”

Jamie Lynn’s big sister, Britney, will be maid of honour at the ceremony, while baby Maddie will also play a role – possibly carried into the ceremony in a basket of flowers by the mothers of the bride and groom, thus increasing the paparazzi draw.

“They’d told me it would be an eight- to 12-hour labor, and I was ready to have the baby in three to four hours,” Jamie Lynn tells OK!. “I had a perfect pregnancy and a perfect delivery. I was very blessed.”

Britney’s Paparazzi Frenzy in L.A.

Britney Spears returned home to Los Angeles on Friday to a swarm of waiting paparazzi at the exit ramps of the airport, all wanting to get information on her new little niece.

Spears’ group – which consisted of the Toxic singer, her assistant Brett, father Jamie and a number of bodyguards – were swamped by photographers as they made their way down a terminal escalator. Father Jamie was forced to push the pesky paparazzi out the way so they could exit the airport. During the scuffle, Britney was bumped several times.

A few hours earlier, the pop star had said a tearful goodbye to her sister, Jamie Lynn, who had just given birth to daughter Maddie Briann the day before.

Eyewitnesses who shared the flight from New Orleans to L.A. with Spears said the singer looked less than happy, and spent most of the trip sleeping with her dark sunglasses on.

“Britney didn’t seem happy and was mostly resting,” fellow passenger Meredth Wood said. “She kept her sunglasses on for most of the flight.”

Jamie Lynn Spears Leaves Hospital

Teen mother Jamie Lynn Spears has been released from the Mississippi Southwest Regional Medical Centre, two days after giving birth to her daughter, Maddie Briann.

Spears was picked up early on Saturday morning by her 19-year-old fiance, Casey Aldridge. They left the hospital at 1:40 a.m. in a white Range Rover, with Spears sitting in the back seat, surrounded by a white sheet.

A police escort assisted the famous couple on their way home.

Why Maddie Briann?

She’s only just been born, but there’s already a buzz surrounding Jamie Lynn’s newborn daughter Maddie Briann.

Many have been questioning the naming choice by Jamie Lynn and her partner, Casey Aldridge, calling the “nickname” name “old-fashioned” and “strange.” Usmagazine.com has enlisted the help of baby name expert Pam Satran to give us the low-down on why Jamie Lynn and Casey chose that particular name, and just what it means.

“[Maddie Briann] is a surprising choice,” Satran said. “It’s cute but nearly old-fashioned at this point.”

Satran continued: “The nickname Maddie has been popular in its own right since the 1980s, when it was the name used by the character played by Cybill Shepherd in Moonlighting.”

The name Maddie is short for the French-oriented Madeline, which Satran says was a “top name” several years ago.

“Both Jamie and Maddie are ’80s-style nickname names,” Satran added. “Rather than mother and daughter, they sound like classmates – co-captains of the cheeleading squad!”

Jamie Lynn Spears Has Baby Girl

Pregnant teen star Jamie Lynn Spears has given birth to a baby girl, People is reporting.

The baby, who is a first for Spears and her young fiancé Casey Aldridge, was welcomed into the world on Thursday morning. They named the newborn Maddie Briann.

A source revealed: “Just the family was there. Everyone is healthy and happy.”

Little Maddie Briann was born at approximately 9:30 a.m. at an undisclosed hospital in Mississippi, near the Spears hometown of Louisiana.

Jamie Lynn’s big sister, Britney, who already has two children of her own, flew down on Wednesday with their father, Jamie, and brother, Bryan, so they could all be with her for the birth.

The paternity of Spears’ child was leaked by Life & Style magazine back in early May. The magazine had originally given the Zoey 101 star a due date of June 29. Guess little Maddie Briann couldn’t wait until then.

Everyone’s favourite pregnant, unmarried teen, Jamie Lynn Spears, took a little trip to her local church in Louisianna recently… to repent for her sins, I suppose.

Boyfriend Casey Aldridge came along to support his baby momma, dressed to impress in a lovely ensemble of stone and lime green.

Spears, likewise, tried to look the part of the good Christian girl, but failed somewhere along the way by wearing a short, boob-tube dress that barely covered her protruding baby belly. Obviously, Jamie Lynn’s been taking tips from her big sister in the fasion department.
