Khloe Kardashian, Kim Kardashian’s younger and not-as-hot sister, has been sentenced to 30 days in a county jail.

The youngest star of reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, who was booked for DUI back in March 2007, admitted that she’d violated her 36 months probation, a stunt which will see her thrown in the slammer on Friday.

Khloe said that she’d “failed to comply” with her Cal Trans requirements (a form of community service or labour), and had not bothered to enroll in her alcohol education program as was instructed by the judge. For her violation, Ms. Kardashian was ordered to “re-enroll” in the alcohol program, as well as serve 30 days in prison.

But as we’ve seen before, celebrities rarely serve the full term of their sentences. And since daddy was a high-profile lawyer, I have a feeling Khloe’s 30 days could turn into something more like 30 seconds…

In other Nick Hogan news, it seems he was not real impressed with the leaking of the jail tapes that exposed his scheming to get out of his sentence.

Nick is suing a Florida sheirff’s department for releasing tapes of his jailhouse conversations with his mother and father Hulk Hogan, attorneys said Tuesday.

The suit alleges that the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office violated Nick’s privates privacy rights and seeks to stop the sheriff from releasing further tapes.

“Nick only asks that he be treated no differently than the other inmates at the Pinellas County Jail,” says Bollea attorney Morris “Sandy” Weinberg. “Instead, the Sheriff’s Office has singled him out by the unprecedented release to the media of his personal calls with his family.”

Looks like the Hogan’s are doing more scheming and plotting to get poor baby Nick sprung from his jail hell.

TMS has more audio tapes of Nick and his father talking about an upcoming hearing with a judge.

Nick says he will wear his prison issue jump suit rather then normal clothes so he can get more sympathy form the judge. Hulk says that he won’t appear at the hearing, because he is too high profile and the media would show up and pressure the judge into not doing the right thing.

Hulk goes onto say the last thing they want is the media turning up and the transfer appearing on the Internet and Youtube.

It sounds like he is trying to get transferred to another facility, or worse still, maybe out on compassionate grounds perhaps?

Friends say that poor pampered Nick Hogan is not doing well in jail.

“Nick’s doing really bad. He’s struggling to even form a sentence,” one friend said. “They have him in a cell by himself, isolated from the general population, because of threats. He didn’t understand how awful jail really is until now.”

Nick has developed a strange rash around his mouth and is complaining of having a sore ass and having to answer to ‘bitch’ – Nah, not really, I just made that last bit up….

But really, he’s struggling to form a sentence? Please.

Nick Hogan was sentenced to eight months in jail, five years’ probation and 500 hours community service, and had his license revoked for three years, over the crash that left John Graziano with severe mental and physical disabilities.

In testimony to court, Nick comes across as a cold and spoilt child who has no remorse for his actions or sympathy for his victim.

The Garziano family had sought one year in jail, and said that the apology Nick made in court was the first one they had heard.

John’s father, Ed Garziano, says that when Nick went to the hospital to see John, he looked totally bored, and even shot dart guns and skateboarded around the hospital.

John’s sister Christian Carson, says that Nick has never apologized for the crash.

Drug addicted rocker Pete Doherty has been officially released from jail, and to signify his time spent behind bars (and supposedly spent drug-free), the Babyshambles frontman has been given a certificate to prove that he is now completely clean.

The former partner of model Kate Moss was originally sentenced to a 14-week jail sentence for breaching conditions of a probation order linked to previous drug convictions, but was released after serving just 29 days in the slammer.

How’d he get out so early? He’s a celebrity, of course! (If you’d really call him that).

I guess his level of “celebrity” was also responsible for helping him obtain that certificate declaring him “drug-free,” because there’s no way Pete could have passed any kind of drugs test on his own… jail or no jail!

Wesley Snipes was sentenced to three years in prison for three misdemeanor counts of failing to file tax returns — the maximum requested by federal prosecutors.

“Snipes’ long prison sentence should send a loud and crystal clear message to all tax defiers that if they engage in similar tax defier conduct, they face joining him,” said Assistant Attorney General Nathan J. Hochman of the Justice Department’s Tax Division.

Federal prosecutors said the actor for nearly a decade escaped paying more than $15 million in income tax returns by sending money to overseas accounts, though they acknowledged in court that the amount is in dispute.

Before the sentencing, the actor asked the court to show mercy and offered three checks totaling $5 million as a gesture of good will.

The payments were accepted, but Assistant U.S. Attorney Scotland Morris said it was not enough.

Snipes’ attorneys are set to appeal the sentence.

Snipes has previously claimed racism as the reason for the charges, which would have been fair enough, of that was the truth. To cry racism as a means of cover for his own greed, makes light of genuine racism.

Justice has been served.

Fellow prisoners were planning to attack Doherty and make him take it like a man. When informed of the planned attack, Doherty begged to be put in the high security segregation wing.

After reports earlier this week that Doherty had been shooting up in cell, prison guards performed a thorough strip search, wearing latex gloves. I think everyone knows what that means…..
