Peaches Geldof to Study Scientology for the Fame

Peaches Geldof is one of those, poor, underprivileged celebrity kids that, despite having very famous parents, loads of cash and a high-partying lifestyle, isn’t actually that famous. She’s tried plenty of nifty tricks in the past to elevate her level of celebrity status: the numerous drug incidences, her shot-gun marriage to a fledgling rocker, etc, etc.

Now, however, Peaches has found the perfect way to ensure she spends the rest of her young life partying it up with New York’s “It” club – she’s going to convert to Scientology.

Yes, according to a pal of Peaches, the daughter of Sir Bob Geldof is planning to begin the necessary training to become a Scientologist like her idol, Katie Holmes, who she hopes to be bosom buddies with once she’s completed the indoctrination.

Ms. Geldof’s friend explained that Peaches became “totally smitten” with Holmes after interviewing the actress earlier in the year, and has since decided that Scientology is what she needs to make it in the world of the rich and famous.

“Peaches was very impressed by Katie, she loved interviewing her and really wanted to become friends with her,” said the pal. “She thought that taking up Scientology would be the perfect springboard to work her way into that New York clique.”

The friend added: “She knows her dad won’t be happy about it, but she feels it will help her move into bigger and better celeb circles, so she is willing to keep up with her studies to become a fully fledged Scientologist.”

Apparently Peaches Geldof is that shallow. Who knew??

How The Competition Will Run

The competition will begin in February and, depending on the number of entries, finish on May 1st, with the winner scheduled to be announced the following week. You are free to enter any time up until April 20th, but obviously the sooner you enter, the greater chance you have of getting more votes

Each entry will appear in the most prominent section of the Website in a flash gallery, linking to their very own feature post on Staralicious.com, that details their talents, images, videos, etc.

If there is sufficient entries in various categories, there may even be the possibility of having winners for each category, along with the overall winner.

Each visitor to Staralcious.com will have the chance to vote for the person they most think deserves to be a STAR, with results shown in the sidebar of the Website. As many of your friends as you want are free to vote and you are encouraged to link to your entry on the site on any social sites you participate in. You are encouraged to promote your entry in any way you can, without resorting to spamming or any other nefarious activity….

Staralicious is using PollDaddy for voting collation, so the results will be independent and accurate.

To participate, all you have to do is send us a photo, video, or MP3 of your talents, along with a short bio of what makes you worthy of being a Staralicious Star.

In your email you need to make the following statement, attesting that you are the legal and rightful owner of any images, videos or MP3’s that you submit and that they represent you and not some other person or entity.

Participation in the competition is void where prohibited. The competition is intended for anyone of any age, however, no explicit or illegal material will be accepted, or allowed. By participating in this competition or the site, you represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of the material you submit and that you agree to and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about you.
