Lindsay Lohan Sued Over Fake Tan Spray

Lindsay’s Lohan’s legal team are busy again with yet another lawsuit being slapped against the troubled actress.

This time around it’s not her driving or her consumption of alcohol that has led her into hot water, but her claims that she and her Las Vegas business partner, Lorit Simon, invented a new form of tanning spray together.

According to Florida chemist Jennifer Sunday – the woman behind Lohan’s latest suing – Lohan and Simon stole the formula for the spray from her.

Simon and the Mean Girls star launched their new tanning spray line, Sevin Nyne, in May this year, and both told media outlets that it had taken them “three years” to create it.

Lies, insists Ms. Sunday, who is now suing Lohan, Simon, and Simon’s company for “breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, civil conspiracy, intentional interference with contractual relations” and “deceptive and unfair trade practices.”

Sunday’s lawyer, Marcia Cohen, released a statement on her client’s behalf, confirming that they will be seeking the full monetary profits from any of Sevin Nyne’s sales.

“We are certainly looking for the profits that are being generated right now from that product,” Cohen told the Times. “If Ms. Lohan and Ms. Simon and their companies and their shareholders are profiting from the theft of my client’s formula and are profiting from that product, my client is entitled to those proceeds.”

Lohan’s rep has so far avoided any calls to comment on the lawsuit.

Perez Hilton’s Latest Publicity Stunt

Perez Hilton is claiming that he was bashed by Will.I.Am and his security guards.

The Black Eyed Peas band was in Toronto, to perform at the awards called Much Music, where they won the Best International Video Group Award for their hit song, “Boom Boom Pow”.

Being the media tart that he is, the first thing Hilton did was reach out for his phone and Twitter the bashing, saying he needed police help.

OK, let me think about this for a second.

He has ‘allegedly’ been bashed, in his mind, seriously enough to require police assistance; he has a phone in his hands, yet his first instinct is not to use his phone to call the police himself, rather he chooses to send a post to Twitter, asking for someone to call the police for him.

Riiiiggghhhtttt…….

Now, call me suspicious, but could his actions be nothing more than the usual attempt at a PR stunt?

Now what could be the reason for that I wonder?

Oh that’s right, he is trying to go more mainstream and is reporteldy starting a new ’safe’ site.

Clooney’s Ex Larson to Pose for Playboy?

He may have dumped her for her fake breasts, but if the rumours are true, Clooney (and the rest of the world’s male population) are about to be treated with a topless Playboy spread of Sarah Larson.

Friends of the model have revealed that Larson is so happy with her breast implants that she wants to flaunt them, and is considering doing a topless centerfold for Playboy magazine.

“She likes her new body so much that she would consider posing for Playboy,” a source said.

No doubt this would get up Clooney’s nose, as he allegedly dropped the young model because he doesn’t date “fake” women. Yeah, like that mop of his isn’t fake!

Angelina Jolie’s ‘Fake’ Assistant

An interesting explanation has come out from Angelina Jolie’s lawyers about the ‘false’ announcement that she had given birth.

Now, the story goes like this.

On May 30 an imposter, posing as Holly Goline, Jolie’s personal assistant exchanged a series of emails with an Entertainment Tonight producer . The producer asked her if Jolie had given birth and the assistant said:

“Yes she did,” the woman wrote when asked if Jolie had given birth. “I was actually in the room with her. They are doing fine and so is mom.”

The source of the emails is reportedly from the Blackberry account in the name of Jolie’s assistant, Holly Goline. Jolie’s people however, claim that Goline has never had a Blackberry email account, even though she has been photographed with a Blackberry.

Jolie’s lawyers released a statement claiming that the emails were from a bogus BlackBerry account — and that a woman posing as Goline has been sending out incorrect press releases to dupe the media for the last year.

Other people are less convinced by the claims coming out of Jolie’s camp. The security that surrounds Jolie and her brood is renowned for very their treatment of those that cross the line, so to suggest that their has been a woman impersonating her assistant for one year, without any denials or action on Jolie’s part does seem to be stretching credibility somewhat.

Another point worth mentioning is that neither Jolie or Goline have made an appearance since the story broke.

Antonia Kidman Surrogate Rumors

I first heard the speculation on this many months ago and alluded to it on various posts on Staralicious. Now it seems some other sites are finally following suit and reporting on the rumors that Nicole Kidman is not really pregnant.

The main gist of the rumor is this:

• Nicole Kidman is not pregnant.
• She wears a fake belly, which explains the mystery of her curious bump.
• The surrogate mother is none other then her sister Antonia.
• Antonia has kept a very low profile until the birth of the baby, believed to be a boy.

So what does everyone think, are these rumors true, or are they completely crazy?

Personally, I can’t believe the rumors, I mean, seriously, if they were true, how nutty would you have to be to fabricate this entire scenario? Surely it would simply be easier to front up to the truth instead of living a charade like this. Only a deranged narcissist would go through with something like this.

Still, they are fun to read aren’t they!

Brooke Hogan Cracking Up

Even though Nick Hogan is the one doing time, it is his older sister Brooke who seems to be doing most of the suffering.

“She’s suffering the worst of all; she just can’t keep it together and has been hit the hardest, she is extremely sensitive and her emotions are spiraling out of control. Brooke’s relationship with her father was severely strained after his reported infidelity with her former friend made news in February.”

Brooke’s father HUlk Hogan is putting a lot of the blame for the family’s troubles at the foot of their reality TV show, which he admitted in court is not reality at all, but totally scripted.

“I was offered lots of [reality] shows when I was making my career comeback against The Rock, but I kept saying no. But years later, it was my daughter’s career and son’s racing career that we were thinking about.”

“We saw the Ashlee Simpson show and Jessica Simpson’s and Lindsay Lohan on the big screen and we just didn’t haven’t a vehicle to compete,” he said. “But I considered it, because this time it was about the Hogan family rather than Hulk Hogan; they all wanted to do it and I tried to warn them about what they were in for. Now look what happened.”

Gee, who’d have thought that their reality show is not real at all??? None of it looked scripted to me…….
