Penelope Cruz Pregnant

Penelope Cruz and her longtime partner, Javier Bardem, are expecting their first child, sources have exclusively revealed today.

“Penelope is about four months pregnant,” the source said. “She’s really healthy now and will be a great mother.”

While Cruz and Bardem – who have appeared in three films together over the years – are happily in love and about to go into parenthood together, don’t expect the couple to tie the knot any time soon.

Cruz told the August issue of UK’s Psychologies magazine, “When I [have babies], I want to do it really well. I want it to be my best project in life. I don’t know if I believe in marriage. I believe in family, love and children.”

Jackson Made Himself Sick, Says Nurse

The speculation surrounding Michael Jackson’s death is rife, but the most shocking report so far has come from a former nurse who cared for the ailing singer in his last months, who claims that the King of Pop was forcing illness upon himself to avoid tour commitments.

Cherilyn Lee, a nurse for over 20 years, has told CNN how the Thriller singer demanded she give him the powerful sedative Diprivan. Lee refused, but not before both Jackson and his entourage had hounded her about obtaining the drug so the 50-year-old could “get some sleep.”

“I told him this medication is not safe,” Lee said.

“He said, ‘I just want to get some sleep. You don’t understand. I just want to be able to be knocked out and go to sleep.’

“I told him – and it is so painful that I actually felt it in my whole spirit – ‘if you take that you might not wake up.’”

According to Lee, Jackson’s staff contacted her just four days before the singer’s tragic death, requesting the drug again. It had been more than three months since she’d ceased employment with the popstar.

While Lee couldn’t account for why any of Jackson’s entourage would contact her after so long to make such a request, a source from inside the singer’s camp has revealed that Jackson was “trying to make himself sick” in order to avoid playing the complete set of 50 shows his people had signed him up for.

“Like a child who doesn’t want to go to school, Michael thought he could get away from his obligations if he had a ‘note from the doctor,’” entertainment reporter Gerald Posner explained.

Jackson knew, according to Posner, that he would not be “financially penalised” for missing performances if he was medically unfit to go on stage.

Jamie Lynn Involved in Child Porn Scandal

Jamie Lynn Spears has ignited a federal child pornography investigation, after photos of the 17-year-old mother breastfeeding newborn daughter Maddie were stolen from her camera’s memory card.

The 12 photos stolen, which show Britney, Jamie Lynn and her boyfriend Casey Aldridge shortly after the birth of Maddie, were stored on Aldridge’s digital camera and taken when they left it at a Louisiana Wal-Mart for prints.

According to authorities, an employee at the store “made extra copies” of the photos to sell off to the tabloids. The crim in question obviously had no idea that selling images of Spears’ breasts – a minor – was against the law, and an act of child pornography.

Authorities are warning the culprit that they could face child pornography charges as well as a charge for stolen property. Spears’ lawyers, however, are considering taking the investigation further, and are looking at “going after” Wal-Mart for the “alleged security breach”.

R. Kelly Acquitted of Child Pornography

R. Kelly has been found not guilty by a Chicago jury, TMZ is reporting.

The singer was acquitted of all fourteen counts of child pornography, after the jury decided that he should not be charged for the events which happened in a sex tape.

Kelly was first charged six years ago, after footage of the singer allegedly having sex – among other things – with a 13-year-old girl surfaced.

Throughout the court case, Kelly was adamant that he was not the one featured in the kinky video. Even the victim who supposedly featured said it wasn’t her.

Hayden Panettiere Sick of ‘Child’ Tag

Heroes actress Hayden Panettiere is sick of gossip mags referring to her as a “child” or “Hollywood baby,” and hopes they will stop with the tags now that she’s turned 18, because she considers herself an adult.

Panettiere says: “I don’t know if [the mags] can call me a child star any more. I’m an adult now so I don’t think they would ever give me that again

I guess she’s never heard of Macaulay Culkin then…

“I’ve gotten [the child label] before when I was young and it’s a wonderful thing. [However], if they tried to call me a child starlet now I might go, ummm, I don’t think so!”
