Jackson’s Death Will be Ruled a Homicide

Michael Jackson’s death will “almost certainly” be ruled as a homicide, according to gossip site TMZ.com.

The reports suggest that the L.A. County Coroner is “scheduled” to release the autopsy results pertaining to Jackson’s June 25 cardiac arrest mid-next week, after the coroner receives the final toxicology report from an “outside consultant.” Although the results are yet to be finalized, law enforcement sources have revealed that all causes other than homicide – natural, accidental, accidental overdose, and suicide – have been ruled out in the case of Michael Jackson.

Last week’s double raiding of the offices of Dr. Conrad Murray (who was with Jackson when he died) led the media to believe that the LAPD were treating Jackson’s death as a homicide, and with the news from the County Coroner’s office today, it is highly likely that one or more persons will be charged in connection with the King of Pop’s death.

At this stage, Dr. Murray is the prime suspect, and is “actively being investigated” as the person who administered Propofol, the powerful anesthesia that the LAPD suggest caused Jackson’s heart to stop.

Jackson’s sister, La Toya, has been adamant from the very beginning that her brother’s death was no ordinary accident – labeling his shock passing as “murder” – and when the L.A. County Coroner’s ruling comes out next week, the Jackson family are expected to launch a law suit (or suits, depending on the outcome) against those responsible for his death.

Jackson’s Autopsy Leaked; Results Shocking

The first autopsy on Michael Jackson completed by the L.A. County coroner has been leaked to the public, and the results reveal that the singer was “in a shocking state of decline.”

The leaked report suggests the King of Pop hadn’t eaten in some time, and had a cocktail of partially-digested pills in his stomach when he died. Jackson was so emaciated that he weighted just 51kg in the end, despite his height of 178cm, UK’s The Sun has reported.

There is proof of his addiction to narcotic painkillers as well, with the singer’s shoulders and thighs covered in needle marks from his three-times-daily injections. As well as the addiction scars, Jackson was also virtually bald, with little more than a “peach fuzz” covering a scalp.

The singer’s stomach was empty, save for the handful of partially dissolved pills he’d downed shortly before the painkiller injection that sent him into cardiac arrest on Thursday. His face was covered in scars from the numerous sessions under the knife, and the bridge of his infamously disfigured nose had caved in, the pathologist said.

There were also post-death injuries that Jackson suffered at the hands of his would-be rescuers: several broken ribs from the force of the CPR, and four injection wounds near his heart from failed attempts to inject adrenaline directly into the organ.

At this point in time, police have not named Dr. Conrad Murray – the cardiologist Jackson had hired just weeks ago and who was at the scene when the popstar died – as a suspect. They have announced his testimony didn’t “raise any red flags,” and have since turned their investigation towards Jackson’s access to prescription drugs.

Second Autopsy on Jackson Completed

A second autopsy on the body of singer Michael Jackson has been completed, at the request of the Jackson family, by a private pathologist in Los Angeles, a source close to the case has reported.

The initial examination by the L.A. County coroner’s office did not “immediately determine a cause of death,” and the Jackson family was let unsatisfied by this result, so much so that they went ahead and paid for a second and “private” autopsy. Officials will not release the outcome of the first autopsy until they receive the results of a toxicology screen, something which could take up to eight weeks, the coroner’s office has said.

The Jacksons have spoken out on their anger at the investigation so far, through family friend Rev. Jesse Jackson, who said in a Good Morning America interview earlier today that the family had “a host of questions” surrounding the circumstances of their son’s death. The key cause for concern, the Reverend said, was the King of Pop’s personal medico, Dr. Conrad Murray, who it has been revealed was present when Jackson stopped breathing.

“When did the doctor come? What did he do? Did he inject him? If so, with what?” the Reverend said in the interview. “Was he on the scene twice? Before and then reaction to? Did he use the Demerol? It’s a very powerful drug. Was he injected once? Was he injected twice?”

It is believed that Murray has hired an attorney and was meeting with investigators at an undisclosed location this afternoon to answer questions pertaining to his involvement in Michael Jackson’s death.

At this stage, there has been no announcement made on the results of the second autopsy.
