Jackson Was a Drug Addict, Says Former Employee

The autopsy results haven’t been finalised yet, but it’s looking more and more like Michael Jackson’s drug dependency played a large part in the June 25 cardiac arrest that claimed his life.
According to a number of former employees, Jackson took more than 10 Xanax pills per night, and was often “asking his employees to get the prescription sleep medicine under their names.”
The report of his over-use of Xanax is a true one, obtained by the media from the 2004 Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department documents that were used as part of the King of Pop’s 2005 child molestation trial.
In the documents, one staff member of Jackson’s – a security guard – expressed his concern to another staffer about Jackson’s 10-pills a night Xanax addiction.
The documents state that the second staff member wasn’t worried, as: “Jackson was doing better because he was down from 30 to 40 Xanax pills a night.”
Many of Jackson’s staff members at the time admitted to picking up prescriptions in theirs and other people’s names on instruction by the popstar. One staffer added that Jackson often appeared “out of it and sedated.”
The guard who provided the majority of the information, according to the documents, quit after Jackson “fell on his face” in a hotel room and hurt himself. He said he was never comfortable getting prescriptions for the singer under false names and from different states.
From those same court documents, Michael Laperruque – part of Jackson’s security detail and a former L.A. County Sheriff’s deputy – revealed that the singer’s doctors were trying to him off Demerol, and were “upset with Jackson because he had been self-injecting.”
At this stage, dectectives are thoroughly investigating the Thriller singer’s history of narcotic painkiller addiction and are in the process of speaking with a number of Jackson’s former doctors and medical staff. Police are not ruling out foul play as yet, but are anticipating the toxicology reports to hold the information they’re looking for.

Jackson’s Autopsy Leaked; Results Shocking

The first autopsy on Michael Jackson completed by the L.A. County coroner has been leaked to the public, and the results reveal that the singer was “in a shocking state of decline.”
The leaked report suggests the King of Pop hadn’t eaten in some time, and had a cocktail of partially-digested pills in his stomach when he died. Jackson was so emaciated that he weighted just 51kg in the end, despite his height of 178cm, UK’s The Sun has reported.
There is proof of his addiction to narcotic painkillers as well, with the singer’s shoulders and thighs covered in needle marks from his three-times-daily injections. As well as the addiction scars, Jackson was also virtually bald, with little more than a “peach fuzz” covering a scalp.
The singer’s stomach was empty, save for the handful of partially dissolved pills he’d downed shortly before the painkiller injection that sent him into cardiac arrest on Thursday. His face was covered in scars from the numerous sessions under the knife, and the bridge of his infamously disfigured nose had caved in, the pathologist said.
There were also post-death injuries that Jackson suffered at the hands of his would-be rescuers: several broken ribs from the force of the CPR, and four injection wounds near his heart from failed attempts to inject adrenaline directly into the organ.
At this point in time, police have not named Dr. Conrad Murray – the cardiologist Jackson had hired just weeks ago and who was at the scene when the popstar died – as a suspect. They have announced his testimony didn’t “raise any red flags,” and have since turned their investigation towards Jackson’s access to prescription drugs.

David Duchovny in Rehab for Sex Addiction
Actor David Duchovny has entered rehab to treat a sex addiction, his publicist has confirmed.
“I ask for respect and privacy for my wife and children as we deal with this situation as a family,” Duchovny said in a statement released by his lawyer, Stanton Stein.
Both Stein and Duchovny’s publicist, Flo Grace, refused to comment further, except to say that the X Files: I Want to Believe actor had committed himself “voluntarily”.
Ironically, Duchovny plays a sex-obsessed writer on the hit Showtime series Californication, which received two Emmy nominations this year. The second series of the show beings in September.
I guess that’s why he was able to relate to the character so easily…

Heather Locklear’s Booze And Drugs Rehab

Looks like Heather Locklear has been telling a few pork pies about her treatment for anxiety and depression.
Someone at the Sierra Tucson center where Heather is receiving her treatment has told InTouch Weekly the truth behind the claims.
Apparently Heather is really being treated for the much more common celebrity problem of alcohol and prescription-pill dependency.
There does seem to be some evidence for the claim, as other family ‘insiders’ are spilling on Heather’s problems with addiction, saying:
“Over the years, she’s had in-home detox sessions with a nurse, but none of it has ever worked.”
Hopefully she can sort herself out this time.
