Steve Irwin Killed by Stingray

Loved croc hunter Steve Irwin was killed in a freak accident in Cairns around midday EST today, while filming a wildlife documentary.

He was swimming off the Low Isles at Port Douglas filming an underwater sequence when a stingray barb went through his chest.

I’m sure all our thoughts and prayers will be with his family.
