Spears Has NEVER Had a License!!

It’s as we feared… Britney Spears has never been issued with a license, and has been driving illegally for all the years she’s lived in Los Angeles!
After the shock finding during her pending hit and run case, where the courts “couldn’t find a record of a valid California license,” a DMV official for the State has revealed that Spears has never actually had a real license, and that the star had never bothered to complete the relevant paperwork so that she could drive legally!
The official said: “At this point, Britney Spears does not have a valid California driver’s license. She has an application pending that she never completed.”
What does this mean for her hit and run case? And what about all those times (especially the recent times, and I’m talking her little case of speeding on the way to Vegas) when Britters was pulled over by the cops? Don’t they ask to check your license and registration in America?
