Spears Charged With Hit & Run

Remember that little accident Britters had a month or so ago when she ran into a parked car? Well, the owners have filed a lawsuit against the singer, and the Los Angeles City Attorney revealed the charges earlier today.

Spears has been charged with one count of hit and run causing property damage, and one count of driving without a valid license.

With these misdemeanors, Britney faces a maximum of 6 months in jail.

Looks like she could be joining the very prestigious “celebrity prison club” very soon…
