Her designer Marchesa gown tore just under the breast line, during the opening of New York opera, Madame Butterfly, on Monday, causing an embarrassing “almost nipple slip.”
Despite the embarrassment, Sienna still managed to look gorgeous on the red carpet, accompanied by her on-off beau, Jude Law.
