Shia LaBeouf’s a wanted man… and not in a good way!
TMZ is reporting that a warrant has been issued for the arrest of the Disturbia star, after the young actor failed to show up for a court appearance this morning.
Twenty-one-year-old LaBeouf, who stars alongside Hollywood heavyweight Harrison Ford in the new Indiana Jones film (to be released in May) received a ticket in Burbank on February 18 for unlawful smoking – a misdemeanor. He was summoned to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. this morning, but neither Shia nor his lawyer showed up, so the actor is now a wanted man.
A $1,000 bench warrant was issued for LaBeouf’s arrest a short time ago.
So far, no comment has been made by Shia or his rep.
