Rod And Rachel Finally Divorce

Another couples divorce has been finalised; this one took aseven years though.
Ageing rocker Rod Stewart and the still hot Rachel HUnter aare now officially over.
Rod is now free to marry his fiancée, Penny Lancaster.
After a lengthy battle, the former couple eventually settled over a cash deal. The official papers released yesterday in the Los Angeles Superior Court revealed the separation was finalized on November 2 but are marked “status only” -meaning there are still a few issues to be resolved.
Although no financial details have been disclosed, Stewart’s New Zealand-born former wife, Rachel Hunter, agreed to a contribution from him towards a house and trust funds for their two children, 14-year-old Renee and 12-year-old Liam.
Stewart and Hunter got married in 1990 following a three-month romance despite their 24-year age difference, and separated nine years later. He met Penny in 1998 and proposed to her last year in March while in France on top of the Eiffel Tower. He also filed for divorce last year after Rachel had filed the divorce papers in 2003 but changed her mind and retracted them.
Penny Lancaster who is the mother of Stewart’s one-year-old son, Alastair, and Stewart said they plan to get married next summer possibly in Scotland. [Source]
