Restraining Order Claims Lutfi Drugged Spears

The restraining order put on Sam Lutfi by Spears’ parents, Jamie and Lynne Spears, claims that the singer’s former pal drugged her, and constantly treated her like a second-class citizen.
Lutfi, who was finally served with the restraining order paperwork, has been ordered not to set foot within 250 yards of Britney, the UCLA Medical Centre where she is currently staying, both her parents’ and her siblings’ homes, her children’s homes and Spears’ own residence.
According to the documents acquired by TMZ.com, Lutfi “has cut Britney’s home phone line and removed her cell phone chargers. He yells at her. He claims to control everything.”
On January 28, the day of Britney’s intervention, Lutfi was being particularly vindictive towards his supposed friend, and his acts of malice were witnessed by Spears’ parents, Lynne and Jamie.
The Spears’ said in a declaration filed with the restraining order: “Sam [Lutfi] had told Britney that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash and a whore, that she cares more about Adnan, her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve the kids.”
At one point, they claim Lutfi said: “‘Adnan is gay’ … Britney came into the room looking for Adnan … Britney then asked me, ‘Is Adnan gay?”
Lynne continues: “[Britney] picked up a bottle of pills and read part of the label and asked us, ‘What does insomnia mean?’ Sam told her that the pills will help her stay awake.
“Sam told Jackie and me that he grinds up Britney’s pills, which were on the counter and included Risperdal (an anti-psychotic drug for schizophrenia and bipolarity) and Seroquel.”
Apparently, Lutfi told Britney’s doctor that he was “trying to get her into a sleep-induced coma so that [the doctors] could then give her drugs to heal her brain.”
Lynne added that on the night of the intervention, Lutfi took Britney upstairs and gave her drugs “to make her more light-hearted, happy, and fun.”
After the big blow-up later that same evening, Sam Lutfi allegedly told Spears’ parents: “If you try to get rid of me, [Britney will] be dead and I’ll piss on her grave.”
