Paris Hilton Pleads No Contest

Paris Hilton has decided to fold in her DUI case, with her lawyers revealing that the heiress would rather give in to the charges than fight them.

She has entered a plea of no contest to the charges of DUI, her lawyers, Howard Weitzman and Shawn Chapman Holley, giving this news to the Judge, as Ms. Hilton was not present for the hearing.

Paris has been placed on 36 months probation, with a total payable fine of $1450 USD, and compulsory attendance in an alcohol education program.

She can reduce her probation to just 24 months if she takes part in 40 hours of community service…but I can’t see that happening…
