Oscar Noms Are Out!

Just a day after the Razzie noms were announced, the 79th Annual Oscars nominees are out…and its quite a list!!!

Up in the category of best actor include Leo DiCaprio (Blood Diamond), Will Smith (The Pursuit of Happyness) and Ryan Gosling (Half Nelson), and in the best actress category are Kate Winslet (Little Children), Meryl Streep (The Devil Wears Prada), and Helen Mirren (The Queen).

In the supporting actor category, Eddie Murphey (Dreamgirls) and Mark Wahlberg (The Departed) are amoung the nominees, whilst Jennifer Hudson (Dreamgirls) and Aussie Cate Blanchett (Babel) are two of the nominees in the supporting actress category.

And….the pretigious ‘Best Picture’ noms include Babel, Little Miss Sunshine, The Departed, The Queen and Letters From Iwo Jima.
