It appears that the apartment where Heath Ledger was found dead in may not be owned by Mary-Kate Olsen.
No further details are available yet, but there have been some denials coming forward; whether these denials prove true, or whether they are simply to distance Mary-Kate from having to answer media questions about why he was there is not evident yet.
