Nicole Richie is Scared of Prison

After close pal Paris Hilton’s recent jail sentence for probation violation in her DUI charge, Nicole Richie is now scared that her own brush with the law will result in spending a few days in the slammer.
The reality star told Ryan Seacrest that she’s “nervous” about the prospect of doing jail time, after she was caught driving under the influence again while her license was still suspended.
Richie said that if it’s deemed necessary, she will “take responsibility” and “deal with whatever consequences” come her way.
She added that if a jail term is in her future, she hopes she won’t get exploited like good pal Paris.
“Sometimes people just get exploited. I can only hope that doesn’t happen to me.”
I can’t imagine why Paris should go to jail, and not Nicole, too. I mean, they both broke the law (more than once, I might add)… perhaps they could be cell mates?!?
