Nicole Gaining Weight

PageSix is suggesting that a certain young Hollywood starlet who recently had a four-day stint at a health clinic, was actually having an operation to undo a previous gastric bypass operation.
The starlet in question had previously undergone secret gastric bypass surgery. Apparently the procedure worked so well that she lost too much weight.
On a related note I posted this recent picture of Nicole to show that she is looking much better now that she has started to gain weight. The transformation has been quite rapid, I wonder how she does it, maybe she is on the McDonalds diet….. 
Either way, she is looking better.
