New Paris Skank Pic…Is It a Fake?

I already know Paris Hilton is one of Hollywood’s leading ladies when it comes to skankiness, so I don’t need more proof…
However, it seems Ms. Hilton isn’t content with her “Skank” crown, and wanted to cement her status even further, getting photographed holding the shaft of Cee-Lo, part of the musical sensation Gnarls Barkley.
I’m not certain this pic is real…I mean, when was the last time we saw Paris Hilton wearing false fingernails…but if it really is photoshopped, whoever did it has done a fab job, because it does look real!
What do you guys think? More Paris skankiness, or a photoshopped piece of crap?
