Michelle Rodriguez Gets 6 Months Jail

Blue Crush actress, Michelle Rodriguez, has just been sentenced to serve six months in prison for violating her probation, after she was charged with DUI.
The star failed to complete the specified community service as part of her probation, and was also caught drinking alcohol three times, despite being banned to and having to wear and alcohol monitoring bracelet.
The City Attorney spokesman, Frank Mateljan, said: “[Michelle] admitted violation of her probation by failing to provide proof of community service and by consuming alcohol three times while wearing an alcohol monitoring device.”
Rodriguez was told she would be spending six months in prison by Superior Court Judge Daviann L. Mitchell, and has been ordered to “report to the county jail on Christmas Eve.”
 I guess that means she’ll be spending her holidays in the slammer… and also in orange! That is soo not a festive colour!
