Mariah Carey To Adopt?

Rumours are rife that singer/attempted actress, Mariah Carey, will adopt a Mexican baby, after she was seen leaving a Mexican orphanage.
Miss Carey recently paid a visit to Mexico’s Frank Gonzalez orphanage with her lawyer, and sources say that she’s in the process of adopting her first child.
A rep for Mariah has refused to comment on the rumour, and said that there would be no talk of the singer’s personal life.
“No comment” usually means it’s true, right?
