Madonna And Guy Heading For Divorce?

Rumors are circulating that Madonna has hired Nicholas Mostyn QC to begin divorce proceedings against husband and Guy Richie.
Mostyn has a pretty formidable reputation n this area, so Ricihie should be concerned.
Madonna and Guy do not have a pre-nup, meaning that Guy could take up to half of Madonna’s fortune, which would be a nice sum of money.
Split rumors have been circulating for some time now with the latest reports suggesting they have been living apart since the beginning of the year and that the family home in London is going to be sold for a more permanent move by Madonna to America.
Madonna’s publicist has scotched the rumors though.
I think there is too much smoke here for there to be no fire.
