Lindsay Sued in Paparazzi Hit & Run

The photographer involved in Lindsay Lohan’s alleged “hit and run” in March has filed a lawsuit against the actress, suing her for damages both personal and economical.
Giovanni Arnold has told how the Mean Girls star “struck him on the foot” with her BMW while driving in Manhattan’s West Village on Mach 13th, and after the accident, the celeb drove away from the scene and left him on the side of the road with his injuries.
Arnold says that LiLo was “negligent, careless and reckless,” and that, as a result of the accident, “sustained severe and permanent personal injuries” and economic loss.
A rep for Ms. Lohan was not available for comment, however, Lindsay herself told David Letterman on Wednesday night that while she didn’t run over the man, she wishes she had.
“No (I didn’t run over the photographer), but I should (have),” she said. “The guy completely faked it.”
