Lindsay Lohan has managed to get out of paying any damages for the car accident she caused in late 2005, after the guy suing LaLohan failed to turn up to the scheduled court hearing.
TMZ reported that Lohan’s insurance representatives arrived and waited for the van owner in question to show up. He didn’t, so the judge dismissed the case, saving Lindsay just over $3,500.00 in damages.
