Lindsay Lohan Cited For DUI

Under-age actress Lindsay Lohan has just been cited for DUI, after crashing her posh Mercedes and being taken to hospital.
According to a source, LiLo struck a curb at 5.30 am, and she and her two passengers were taken to a nearby hospital to treat their minor injuries. While she was being tended to, it was found out that the Mean Girls star had been driving under the influence, so she was cited and released.
She was not taken to the police station, however, she will have to appear in court.
No date has been announced as yet.
What I want to know is why she shouldn’t get in more trouble than the likes of Paris or Nicole Richie… while they both drove intoxicated, they weren’t under-age… how does that work, exactly?
