After Lindsay Lohan enjoyed a bit of post-rehab, alcohol-free (supposedly) partying, the law enforcements in Beverley Hills decided it was time to officially arrest the starlet for her DUI accident in May this year.
LaLohan took herself to a police station in the celebrity city at around 4pm yesterday, and was locked up in custody for about an hour, before being released on a $30,000 bail.
According to reports which surfaced from the Sheriff’s office, Lindsay is scheduled to go to court over the matter on August 24. It’s possible she will receive a similar prison sentence to fellow skank Paris Hilton, if convicted.
