Lindsay Celebrates 21st in Rehab

Not exactly the big, booming vodka-inspired bash under the bright lights of Las Vegas, is it?
Lindsay Lohan spent her 21st birthday sitting quietly in the Promises rehab centre with close family and friends, supposedly sticking to her no-alcohol plan and only drinking water and tea.
On the morning of her birthday, which was this Monday, Lohan was seen “jogging on the beach” during a break from rehab, a far cry from her outrageous plans that were cancelled just under a month ago because of her alcohol and drug problems.
“I’m going to milk it because it’s a big birthday,” Lohan said while on the Ellen DeGeneres show last month.
Well, she still milked it in a way.. I’m sure there was milk in that birthday tea she drank.. probably alcohol, too!
