The cause of death is out!
Heath Ledger’s shock passing has been deemed an accident by the NYC medical examiner today, after finding several finds of prescription medication in the actor’s blood after extensive testing.
The toxicology report says Heath’s death was caused by “acute intoxication by the combined effects of oxycodone, hydrocodone, diazepam, temazepam, alprazolam, and doxylamine.”
Of the five different kinds of medication found in Ledger’s apartment by police at the time of his death, two were used in conjunction with his suffering of “debilitating insomnia,” while others were used to treat anxiety and depression.
The report also stated that with these findings, they could now officially rule out suicide.
