Kiefer Sutherland Charged With DUI
After his arrest early Tuesday morning, Kiefer Sutherland has been charged with “two misdemeanor counts” of DUI.
The Los Angeles County City Attorney’s office laid down the charges earlier today, charging the 24 star with “one count of driving under the influence” and “one count of driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or above.”
Sutherland will face Judge Michael Sauer (the same judge Paris Hilton had during her DUI saga) on October 16, and rumour has it he won’t be as easy on the aging actor.
If he is convicted on both charges, Kiefer could end up serving a maximum of a year and a half in prison, as well as a $1,000 fine. We’ll see.
