Kevin Federline Retains Custody

After nearly three hours in the court room this morning, the judge has ruled that Kevin Federline will retain sole custody of his two children with pop tart Britney Spears.
The hearing today was said to be a re-evaluation of the court ruling a few days earlier, which saw Spears lose her kids to her ex-hubby, for failing to abide by the rules set by the court.
She will be allowed to see her kids, though, and has been granted “monitored visitation” rights. ÂÂ
Both Kevin Federline and his attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, attending the session today to present evidence for their case. Spears was, of course, absent.
The next hearing in the custody battle is set to take place on October 26.ÂÂ
