Kevin Federline Behind Spears Abuse Case?

While Brit Brit might be in hot water over the treatment of her children, it’s got nothing to do with physical abuse, according to a source.

TMZ.com explains that the complaint lodged with DCFS involves “allegations of poor dental hygiene, as well as poor eating and sleeping habits for her kids.”

As these kinds of matters are usually kept private, the fact that it was brought up at a custody hearing by Kevin Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, suggests that it was he who phoned in the complaint and began the investigation.
