Keira Takes a Break

Seeing as Star has the Anna Nicole stuff covered, I thought I’d break the darkness a little and post a bit of news on my favourite actress, Keira Knightley.

There’s quite a bit out on Ms. Knightley today, so I’ll start off with her break from acting.

Keira has decided to take a little break from the limelight, in order to get her life back.

“It’s my instinct to think ‘I have to say yes or there won’t be another job’,” she told Hello magazine.

“But I’ve been working on films back to back for the past few years and I need a break. I think I just need to take time out to get a bit more of my own life back.”

“If that means I have to go to the back of the queue as far as acting is concerned, then I just have to accept that.” [Source]

The A-List starlet has recently confessed that big Hollywood parties make her nervous, and that she envies her pal, Sienna Miller, for being able to mingle so easily with the guests. Hint: maybe that’s because she is so easy??

“I don’t like going to parties because I’m terrible at small talk. I look at my friend Sienna Miller and see her really being wonderful and chatting and looking so happy at parties,” Keira said.

“I just freeze up and go blank. I get incredibly nervous and start becoming paranoid. I just stand in the corner clutching on to whoever I arrived with.” [Source]
