Keira Knightley “Not Impressed” with Tax Charge on Freebies

Pirates of the Caribbean star Keira Knightley has been hit with a tax bill of over $3,500 US dollars, after receiving a “goodie bag” at the Silver Spoon Hollywood Buffet, a charity dinner in LA, recently.
The “goodie bag”, which was worth over $10,700 US dollars, contained diamond earrings, a cashmere jumper, and numerous other “designer” items.
The 21-year-old star is “fuming” that she has to pay out a “fortune” for these freebies. A source has said that she had no idea about the new tax laws in America, where celebrities must pay tax on free gifts.
Keira “took the gifts to be polite,” the source added. She’s “not impressed” that she’s going to be charged for it.
Hmmm…$3,500 US dollars is a fortune to someone who earns how much per Hollywood blockbuster???
