Judge Issues Restraining Order Against Spears’ Pal

During the hearing earlier today over Britney Spears and her estate, the judge issued a retraining order against friend and sometimes-manager, Sam Lutfi, ordering him to “stay away” from the troubled star.

The judge believed that Lutfi had been “harassing” Spears of late, and decided to issue a civil harassment retraining order against him, which will ban Lutfi from visiting Britney during her stay in hospital.

At the present time, the restraining order will only be effective for 22 days, however, if Spears’ family deems it necessary, they can make the order permanent at the end of the 22-day period.
