TMZ is reporting that Good Charlotte front man, Joel Madden, has been accused of hitting a woman.
The woman in question, a photographer, claims that Mr. Madden “struck her on the left breast with the heel of his hand,” as he was escorting girlfriend, Nicole Richie, out of the back door of Mr. Chows on Sunday night.
A police report has been filed, and the woman says that she has a welt to prove the incident happened, and even had to get medical attention for the injury.
A rep for Mr. Madden wasn’t available for comment, but according to police sources, they are taking this claim of abuse very seriously, and will be investigating further.
