Jesse Metcalfe (apparently) likes big boobs so much that he bought a set for ex girlfriend Colleen Shannon when they were dating.
Jesse thought that Colleen was the perfect woman in every way, bar one. She was not stacked enough for him. Showing total respect for her, he forked out to buy her a new set of boobs, just like the SNAG that he is.
