ET reporter, Mark Steines, was on hand to witness the first moments between Howard Stern and baby Dannielynn, since Anna Nicole’s death last week.
During the flight from Florida to the Bahamas, Howard told Steines: “I want her friends to pray that Anna Nicole is safe, happy and with Daniel.”
When Howard got back to his home in the Bahamas, the first thing he said when he took hold of Dannielynn was: “I wouldn’t be here now, but I had to get back to Dannielynn. I held her in my arms and couldn’t believe her mom is gone. I know Anna loved her more than anything in the world.”
Steines explains that throughout the interview, Howard was “in tears, and at times unable to speak.”
However, when the topic of Anna’s mum was raised, his entire body bristled. “As long as I have a breath in my body, that woman will not see Dannielynn,” Howard vowed.
What I find strange about all of this is that Howard had to have cameras there for his first moments alone with little Dannielynn since Anna passed away…isn’t that kind of media-hungry??
