Howard K. Stern Derails Smith Inquest
Anna Nicole’s former lover, Howard K. Stern, has just managed to put the inquest into Daniel Smith’s death on hold for at least two weeks.
A lawyer for the lawyer (hehe 
…couldn’t resist!) “argued the law allowing the inquest was flawed, because it was impossible to impanel a fair and impartial jury,” given the amount of publicity surrounding the death of Daniel, and the recent passing of his mother, Anna.
Stern’s next move is to argue his case to the Supreme Court of the Bahamas, in order to have the inquest into Mr. Smith’s death put on hold - permanently.
I’m sure we haven’t heard the last on this, so stayed tuned…I hope the snake doesn’t manage to slither his way out of this on a legal technicality, but it’s sure looking that way…
