Hilary Duff Plays With an Elephant

An elephant is not exactly a guest you’d expect to see at a black tie event, but the International Polo Club’s Annual Polo Black-Tie Gala decided to break tradition and invite one!
Pop star Hilary Duff seems a little wary of the giant beast while posing for photographs with it, and definitely looked more at home with the human guests.
I must admit I’ve always found the leather-skinned creatures to be quite interesting, and I’ll have the privilege of getting up close and personal with one when I visit Australia Zoo for the first time in a month.

One final note about Ms. Duff… what’s with the skin-colour heels and a red dress?? Wouldn’t you wear red heels with a red dress… or maybe black?
