Heath’s Dad Says, “Matilda Will Be Taken Care Of”

The will of the late actor, Heath Ledger, has been released to the press, and his daughter Matilda Rose and former partner Michelle Williams aren’t in it!
According the Ledger family, the will was last finalised in 2003, before Heath had started his relationship with Williams and fathered young Matilda. It was never revised to include either of them, and Heath’s shock passing from an accidental drug overdose in January means that neither Matilda or her mother Michelle will receive any of his assets.
However, despite the fact that Heath’s parents and siblings will inherit everything, they have insisted that young Matilda would not be ignored.
Kim Ledger, Heath’s father, said in a statement yesterday: “Matilda is our absolute priority and Michelle is an integral part of our family… They will be taken care of and that’s how Heath would want it to be.”
